Report Suspicious Email or Computer Activity

Service Description

Report phishing attempts or suspicious computer behavior to Campus Technologies. When submitting the ticket, you will also have the option to attach a screenshot of the suspicious email message. Please also forward the suspicious email to Campus Technologies at cybersecurity@parkland.edu.

Training, Compliance, and Policies

Faculty/Staff/Student Responsibilities

  • Faculty/Staff/Student provides details related to the suspicious email including the date/time received, the sender's email address and the subject line of the message. 

Campus Technologies Responsibilities

  • Campus Technologies will communicate the status of the request to the staff/faculty/student as needed.
