A “Standard Change Template Request” can be used to designate a specific change as a 'Standard (Preauthorized)' event type. If the template request is approved by the supervisor and the Change Advisory Board (CAB), a ticket template will be created and made available as a selection within the Change Request Form. The created template will allow technicians to bypass future CAB approval and easily submit this routine change from the Change Request Form.
