Description

The Instructional Technology Specialist and Campus Technologies can provide a variety of services essential to the management and functionality of Cobra, such as course creation, course merges, course access, and technical problems.  

Standard Features

Instructional Technology can provide service for the following types of requests:

  • Course Access
    • Request access for Course Coordinators, 3rd party vendors, students, and more.

Faculty/Staff Responsibilities

  • Faculty/Staff are responsible for providing details related to the request, including the request type, a detailed description, and other relevant information included on the request form.
  • Faculty/Staff agrees to allow the Instructional Technology Specialist to access their Cobra courses and/or impersonate their account when needed to complete the request.
  • Faculty/Staff agrees to communicate in a timely manner with Campus Technologies
  • Certain Faculty/Staff service requests will be subject to supervisor approval.
  • Faculty/Staff agrees to meet with the Instructional Technology Specialist physically or remotely to discuss the content of the request.
